内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to examine the introduction and operation of systems necessary for women workers in our country to build their careers. There is a gender gap in career development support for employees and promotion to management positions in Japanese companies. The problem with women and their professional careers is that have little in work with responsibility and few opportunities to attend human resource development through the personnel system. Autonomous career development is necessary to build a career. Therefore, we organized recent women's labor policies to identify subsidies for career development. Based on previous studies on women's career development, we examined the career development support provided by companies to women. We also discussed the concept of "career rights," which includes the clarification of career paths and promotion to management positions, as well as the pursuit of happiness through one's professional life. | |||||
